Looking for ideas to keep the kids entertained this half-term? Keep boredom at bay and try some of these fun activities…
Let loose at Funstation!
For hours of guaranteed entertainment that kids (and grown-ups) will love, head to Funstation! Let them try their hand at carnival games, video games, bowling and more.
Use a prepaid card to play and see how many treats and prizes they can win. Find out more here.
Catch a movie
Take advantage of the Mini Mornings sessions at Vue to check out the latest releases for less! Running on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10am, plus every day in school holidays, tickets are available from just £2.49 for adults and kids. New releases include Around the World in 80 Days, The Croods 2 or not-too-scary Halloween fun with The Addams Family 2.
If the weather doesn’t play ball, there’s no better rainy-day activity than crafting. Kids love to get messy and creative, so head to Poundland and stock up on the basics and some special extras and then see what they can create.
Raid the recycling bin and gather some natural resources to decorate for extra fun!
Do a good deed
Get the kids to think about helping others by donating a few items to the Hammersmith & Fulham Food Bank drop off point outside Lidl. It’s a great way to help the local community and teaches kids about giving and caring at the same time.
You can donate non-perishable food, plus nappies and toiletries, too! Find out more here.
Treat them to a yummy lunch at Pizza Express this half-term. The Piccolo menu meal deal includes dough balls, pizza, pasta or salad, dessert, a Bambinoccino and Piccolo activity pack, all for just £7.25.
Why not combine it with a trip to Vue for a fun-packed half-term day out to remember!
Fright night fun
Have a hauntingly good Halloween with Lidl’s scarily good selection of treats, in store now! Check out the range of spooky sweets, frightful costumes and lots more.
Don’t forget to pick up a pumpkin and help them to carve or create their own spooky design in time for fright night.
